This Product Specialist Coordinator role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to expert on technical products while supporting both internal teams and customers. You'll play a key role in product education, customer support, demonstrations, and logistics coordination. The company is a well-established manufacturer in the Rochester, NY area known for its innovative packaging solutions used in global supply chains. It's a collaborative environment where cross-functional teamwork and product knowledge are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• In depth product knowledge, expert on products technical features, functionalities, and target audience
• Continuously expanding knowledge of product line
• Works closely with customers gathering and analyzing customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
• Product Demonstrations: conducting product demonstrations for customers and internal stakeholders
• Track customer shipments and confirm receipt
• Asset Management: collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information about assets, including their location, condition, performance, and maintenance history
• Analyze historical data and forecast customer demands
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships cross functionally. Working with product development, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product success
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associate's degree in business or equivalent
• 1-3 years professional experience
• Logistics background preferred
• MS Office experience with proficiency in Excel
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Ability to travel / attend Trade Shows
• Excellent conflict resolution skills

• Salary Range 60k-70k
