**Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • Corrections • Day Shift**Seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a corrections role in the Navasota, TX area, with assignments at nearby facilities.**Responsibilities: **• Provide nursing care in a correctional setting.• Administer medications and IV therapy.• Collaborate with healthcare teams for patient care.• Float between units within a 10•30-minute radius as needed.**Qualifications: **• Valid Compact or Texas LVN license.• 2+ years LVN experience, including 1 year in Acute Care or Med Surg.• BLS and IV Therapy Certification.• Experience in LTAC, ER, Skilled Nursing, or Psych is a plus.• Strong independent work and problem-solving skills.**Schedule: **• 13•week assignment, potential for extension.• Day shifts with 36/48•hour weekly rotation.• Availability through holidays required.**Additional Information: **• COVID•19 vaccination required; exemptions accepted.• Flexibility for schedule changes and floating.Join our client's team to impact correctional healthcare.
