Desktop Support Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Bonita Springs, Florida. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop and laptop systems, both onsite and remotely, for a large network of branch locations. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset to ensure seamless technology operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer first and second-level support for desktop and laptop systems to end-users, including executives and senior management.
  • Monitor and update ticketing systems to track issues and resolutions.
  • Configure and deploy new desktop and laptop systems in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and printing device issues as they arise.
  • Support networked printing devices, including mapping, scanning, and application setup.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate IT-related projects and ensure successful implementation.
  • Manage the installation, configuration, movement, and retirement of PC equipment.
  • Provide on-call support as part of a rotating schedule, including occasional overtime and weekend shifts.
  • Maintain inventory control and asset tagging for hardware and software.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with business clients while adhering to company procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • CompTIA A+ certification is required, with additional certifications such as 365 Certified or ITIL Foundation preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience supporting computers and printers in an enterprise network environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of desktop and laptop support tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, including Dell and Apple devices.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and managing systems like Active Directory, Windows 10, and desktop imaging.
  • Experience with endpoint protection, encryption, and client management solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and interact effectively with management and technical staff.
