Director of Manufacturing Responsibilities

The Director of Manufacturing is in charge of directing and managing allmanufacturing activities. Main mandate is to develop and implement manufacturingstrategies that are in line with corporate objectives as a strategic leader to achieveoperational excellence, increase productivity, and foster business expansion.The Director's responsibilities include overseeing production operations so thatthe manufacturing process runs smoothly, efficiently, and on budget.

Director of Manufacturing Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to be both task-oriented and a strategic planner
• Can deliver on time, on budget, and to customer satisfaction
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in successful manufacturing leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
• Can manage and lead staff in a dynamic work environment
• Effective interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other departments.
• Experienced in data analysis and application techniques
• Understands best-in-class manufacturing principles and is committed to continuous improvement.
• Can prepare and manage budgets and forecasts to achieve operational targets.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Committed to safety, OSHA responsibilities, and application of 5S
• Visionary mindset for innovative solutions.
• A fluency in Spanish is required
