Come work with us at THE GREAT MINNESOTA GET TOGETHER!!! Like working outdoors in a fun-fast paced environment then the MN STATE FAIR is the place for you!!! Must be 18+ to pour beer. Our goal is to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. You have the opportunity to create a great experience for our Guest at the State Fair. You will get a chance to be in a high volume, high energy environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pour beer for customers.
• Serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Wash glassware and utensils after each use.
• Check identification of customers to ensure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol.
• Maintain a clean customer bar and work area.
• Follow all health and sanitation regulations in the performance of work tasks.
• Communicate customer complaints/concerns to manager on duty.
• Accurately process transactions through the POS and count back change to customers.
• Communicate with coworkers and management to solve problems and improve quality and service.
• Complete all other tasks and related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be 18 years.
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Must be able to work at multiple locations and varied shifts, including holidays and weekends.
• Must be outgoing, friendly, courteous, and honest.
• Must be able to interact in a multicultural environment with a variety of ages.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.

Compensation Range

$18-19 per hour
