For almost 100 years, the Bend Chamber of Commerce ( Bend Chamber ) has supported the local business community as it has grown and diversified. Today's Bend Chamber creates an environment where businesses, their employees, and the broader Bend community thrive together through collaboration, resource prioritization and allocation, and leadership to meet Bend's business challenges and opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

The Bend Chamber is seeking a new CEO/President. Responsibilities include leading and supporting the staff while fostering a positive, collaborative organizational culture; promoting the Chamber within the business community; and ensuring financial health and stability, while advocating for local business.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $180,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidate Qualifications:

Additional responsibilities include maintaining current knowledge of Bend and Oregon's business-related issues, while providing vision and direction for the Chamber's programs, people, and growth.
