Distribution Center Manager
North America Warehouse Manager – B2B and DTC
Location - Chino Hills, CA or Chicago, IL
The North America Warehouse Manager effectively and efficiently manages US Distribution Centers with a Customer Service focus, driving the Operations Performance at a level of Excellence, Teamworking with Supply Chain teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Distribution Centers' overall Performance
- Define, Track, and Manage KPI's
- Coordinate the Production efforts across Distribution Centers to meet the Product Demand on time
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with the Distribution Centers Management team to accomplish goals
- Liaison between Distribution Centers and Supply Chain
- Focus and promote continuous improvement across the Operations
- Standardize Distribution Centers processes
- Support the Inventory Management across Operations
- Main Point of Contact for Supply Chain Operations needs/demands to Distribution Centers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 of years of experience, multi-region and remote Operations management experience is a plus.
- Business and Administration bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management (Logistics).
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- SAP, WMS and TMS experience
- Process Improvement and Lean Manufacturing tools
Desired qualifications:
- APICS Certification, C-TPAT, Inventory Control, Quality Management Systems, Project Management, etc.
