Recruiting Coordinator - Onsite - Contract

Role Summary

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the talent acquisition team by streamlining recruiting operations and enhancing the candidate experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of hiring activities. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, managing applicant tracking workflows, and ensuring all hiring processes are executed efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact the organization's ability to attract and onboard top talent, making you an essential part of the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple departments and stakeholders.
  • Create, post, and maintain job requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Monitor and ensure completion of new hire documentation and onboarding tasks.
  • Communicate with candidates to support a smooth and engaging hiring experience.
  • Generate and analyze recruiting metrics using the ATS to support data-driven decisions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and assist with reporting needs for the recruiting team.
  • Collaborate with HR Generalists to co-lead new hire orientation sessions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements for out-of-town candidates.
  • Support sourcing efforts during high-volume periods and assist with team events and meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of general office or business experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with iCIMS is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
