Greets and welcomes guests and members upon arrival. Maintains positive relationships with members and guests Schedules guests and members for pickleball courts, clinics or lessons. Explains pickleball facilities, programs, services and equipment to guests and members. Handles payment transactions for pickleball operations and ensures accuracy Maintains strong knowledge of Pickleball Hut merchandise products and pricing. Responsible for answering guest questions regarding pickleball operations, membership and retail Answers Pickleball Hut phone line and directs calls appropriately Assists in maintenance and upkeep of pickleball courts and surrounding areas. Up sells other resort services and amenities to guests. Provides general resort information to guests Interacts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
