Your Role at Dollar Tree: As a Stocker, youll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, including receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards. You will assist with merchandising and stocking as needed and be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and assist customers. Additionally, you will help ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
