Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and administration of the facility, ensuring compliance with Title 9, Title 22, and all applicable licensing and accreditation standards.
- Supervise clinical and support staff, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with county agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal leadership to ensure program quality and operational efficiency.
- Manage facility operations, including budgets, staffing levels, and incident reporting.
- Oversee treatment planning and clinical services, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Respond to crisis situations, supporting staff and ensuring client and community safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, integrating feedback from clients, families, and regulatory partners.
Qualifications
- LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
- Eligible to provide clinical supervision
- Extensive experience with severely mentally ill populations (10 years)
- Extensive experience with locked facilities (10 years)
