About the Role

Pinnacle Performance Therapy is seeking a motivated and adaptable Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This unique position blends school-based care within the Wisconsin Rapids Public School District with outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation in our clinic.

The role is designed as 0.4 FTE school-based care (approximately 16 hours/week during the school year), with the flexibility to expand up to full-time (1.0 FTE) by adding an outpatient caseload in our clinic. This is an excellent fit for a therapist who wants flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to grow with a supportive, team-driven practice.

Ideal Candidate
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Wisconsin
  • Passion for working with pediatric and adolescent populations in schools, including IEP development and teacher collaboration

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, families, teachers, patients, and team members
