PACE Executive Director | Salary: $250,200 – $425,300 per year

Requirements to apply

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related field (preferred)

• Minimum 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, with 5+ years in an executive or senior director role

• Proven background in PACE, managed care, senior services, or complex healthcare delivery systems

• Experience with financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and program development

• Strong business acumen with ability to manage budgets and align resources with strategy

Full-time, mission-driven leadership role overseeing a growing Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)—providing compassionate, participant-centered services that improve the lives of older adults in our community.

Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic PACE Executive Director to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial stewardship of our PACE program. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for driving program growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and advancing participant-centered care. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, forward-thinking leader with a proven record in healthcare operations, policy advocacy, and value-based care models.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic planning and business development for PACE expansion

• Overseeing daily operations, clinical services, enrollment, compliance, and participant experience

• Ensuring fiscal accountability, program solvency, and accurate rate filings

• Maintaining organizational readiness for audits and compliance with CMS/DHCS regulations

• Advocating for senior care at state and national levels

• Fostering a culture of respect, accountability, and high performance among interdisciplinary teams
