Nanny Needed For My Children

I'm looking for a nanny for my 1-year-old daughter and soon to be born son (due November 2025). I would like to start full-time in March 2026, but looking to slowly start transitioning my daughter in October, starting with 1 day a week. I'm hoping to find a stay at home mom that is willing to watch my kids at her home (although this isn't required). My budget is a daily rate between $80-$95/day. I'm located in Ephrata, WA and would prefer to find somebody in Ephrata or Soap Lake. I would also love to find someone knowledgeable in child development who builds education into their daily routine. We limit screen time and technology as well.
