Job Description

The HR Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team by managing requisition creation, coordinating interview logistics, and handling candidate communication to ensure a smooth recruitment process. This includes scheduling and confirming interviews, greeting candidates (virtually or in-person), preparing interview materials, and maintaining timely correspondence with candidates and hiring teams. They will also collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, assist with system updates, and provide general administrative support to help the HR team operate efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this HR Coordinator role will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with up to three years of experience in HR or recruitment support. They will bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to collaborate effectively with colleagues and provide an excellent candidate experience. This individual will be proactive, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable managing multiple priorities across different time zones. They should also be confident, resourceful, and tech-savvy, with proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and video conferencing platforms. A bachelor's degree is required, along with the ability to work independently while supporting the broader HR and Talent Acquisition team.
