ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR-OSP SYSTEMS & DATA MANAGEMENT - University of Alabama at Birmingham This role manages Office of Sponsored Program (OSP) personnel dedicated to intake of proposals, awards, and other transactions associated with externally sponsored activity/research. Provides oversight to the departments personnel dedicated to work involving the legacy e. RA system (IRAP), My. UAB - Research (MUR), and other systems supporting OSP operations. Maintains oversight of daily activities to ensure completion of projects and develops and implements data management/integrity, governance, and quality control processes. Coordinates with OSP leadership to ensure effective business processes and systems are established to support OSP operations and the UAB research community.
