We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Corporate Actions II to join our Corporate Actions team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Perform mandatory and voluntary corporate action-related custody and accounting processing requirements, such as dividend payments, reorganizations/proxy, bond redemptions, and more.
  • Manage and control high levels of risk and liability inherent in various functions, including reconciliation activities, client reporting, and proration on transactions.
  • Proactively recognize, research, and process moderately intricate mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, including daily interpretation, monitoring, scrubbing, and notification of complex global market events.
  • Research and respond to inquiries from internal business groups, depositories, agents, brokers, clients, Investment Managers, sub-custodians, and custodians, while serving as a resource for less experienced staff.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or corporate actions preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
  • Ability to provide guidance to less experienced team members; no direct reports but may have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
