We advocate for people who are neurodiverse to lead full and equitable lives. Generosity guides us as we honor our legacy and continuously grow through a culture where curiosity, creativity, and optimism are valued and celebrated.

AHRC NYC is looking for a Program Enrollment Specialist for their Manhattan and Staten Island Employment Business Services (EBS) program.

Salary: $50,000 per year. In addition, this position comes with a comprehensive benefit package.

The Program Enrollment Specialist will be responsible for developing relationships in the community and with funding sources that will lead to potential program applicants. The person should have strong knowledge of the community resources and media resources for recruitment. The Program Enrollment Specialist will also serve as a liaison between referral sources and EBS, coordinating pre-screening and assessing potential candidates.

Essential Responsibilities:

The Program Enrollment Specialist will maintain regular contact with EBS Managers in order to create a monthly list of programs' enrollment requirements. Once fully oriented into the new role, expectations are that this person will be able to develop quality relationships leading to a strong qualified applicant pool. It is expected that this person will work collaboratively with the EBS managers to ensure that all program enrollments are filled. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Arts or Science

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience with people with disabilities/youth a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively with other Managers and Employment & Community Service Coordinators to develop and maintain sites, disseminate information, and provide top quality customer service to all EBS customers.
