Hourly Rate: $17

Schedule: 7am-7:05pm Rotating shift

Job Overview

Join our team as a Machine Operator, working rotating 12-hour shifts. You'll monitor machinery, load materials, and maintain production efficiency, all while earning $16 per hour in a climate-controlled environment.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery
• Load raw steel material into the machine for production
• Perform routine inspections of manufacturing equipment
• Clear chips generated by production and transport to chip crusher
• Unload finished parts and maintain a safe work area

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience working with machinery in a warehouse environment is nice to have, but not required
• Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent mechanical skills and comfort using tools
• Strong time management abilities
• Attention to detail for identifying maintenance and operational issues
