Details: We are seeking a Warehouse Lead for our bustling distribution center. This position offers a growth trajectory into management roles, ideal for a hands-on leader proficient with material handling equipment. The warehouse is high-volume, handling a large amount of unracked boards and materials. The ideal candidate will have the organizational skills to efficiently stage and plan materials for daily shipping and receiving tasks. Strong communication skills are essential as the warehouse serves four locations in South Florida, as well as direct-to-consumer orders.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of six warehouse workers.
Efficiently organize and manage inventory and material staging.
Delegate tasks effectively to team members.
Utilize and manage warehouse equipment including Crown & Toyota: Reach, Sit-down, Stand-up, & EPJ.
Operate within the IBM AS400 WMS System.
Oversee shipping, receiving, and logistics operations.
Ensure safety protocols are followed.
Use RF scanners and manage order pulling.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
