##LI-MJ 1 SR. Director of Nursing. Skilled Nursing Facility. Up to $130 k based on experience! Summary/ Objective. Responsible for the planning, organization, direction, supervision and evaluation of all the nursing services provided in the center. The Sr. Director of Nursing may help to support the nursing functions, training, development, process improvement or other needed support of other centers within the POD or another center as needed or assigned. Ensures nursing department compliance with federal, state and local regulations and implementation of Center nursing core programs. Ensures maintenance of records and reports concerning resident care. Ensures the orientation and training of nursing services personnel. Manages the Nursing department within budget.
