Support growing retail employee population. Recruiting. On-boarding. Implement and administer employee policies in partnership with HR team. Partner with Retail Director on training programs. Employee relations and performance management issues. Prepare and maintain employment, pay and benefit records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves or promotions. Collect and input information for payroll, benefit enrollment and HRIS activities. . The Successful Applicant 3 years' experience in HR - Exposure to Retail employee populations.
