Under minimal supervision, responsible for data analytics and visualization for the Engineering Decision Support department. Interfaces and coordinates with counterparts in multiple operating companies to obtain required input data for modeling and technical support. Responsible for building database libraries and assisting with data extracts and data manipulation as needed. Conducts data analysis in support of operational and planning projects. Manages and participates on complex projects and project phases related to the development, testing, and roll-out of new business systems, infrastructure, reports, process, data feeds and other deliverables related to the enterprise brokerage and transportation systems. Collaborates with various departments and levels of management in designing and providing analytical capabilities via management information systems and decision support tools.
