The primary purpose of this position is to monitor and maintain our Sales Order process, entering orders and make changes to our product item numbers and back up to phones as required. Job Duties: Job duties include but are not limited to the following: Ensure the integrity of computer system by maintaining consistent entry process Enter, review and maintain Order Processing Review purchase orders Verify items on orders for accuracy Coordinate with Customer Service on more involved issues Initiate changes in Customer Spec drawing according to specifications and communications with customers on order related issues. Education: Two/ Four-year College or University degree or a combination of experience, education, and training equivalent to a degree is preferred but not required. High School Diploma/ GED required.
