The Executive Director, Enterprise Applications is a strategic leader responsible for the oversight, development, integration, and optimization of all enterprise-wide applications across the organization. This includes clinical, operational, financial, and administrative platforms with a specific focus on Cerner (EHR), Workday (ERP), UKG (HCM/ Workforce), and Salesforce (CRM/ Patient Engagement). The role ensures these systems effectively support the organizations mission to provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health care while enabling growth, efficiency, and innovation.
