Lead, supervise, and support the AP, Rep Payee, and HUD teams to ensure high performance and accountability. Deliver training and technical guidance to team members as needed. Analyze and optimize business processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. Maintain and update policies and procedures related to AP, Rep Payee, and HUD functions. Foster cross-functional collaboration to build trust, drive results, and support organizational goals. Serve as the escalation point for AP, Rep Payee, and HUD-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Apply analytical thinking to assess both high-level strategy and detailed financial operations. Collaborate with the Corporate Controller on financial governance and compliance matters. Actively participate in supervision and staff meetings. Ensure that clients are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Advocates' Human Rights policies.
