Assists with recruitment and training of staff within the discipline. Manages performance issues directly and quickly, administers disciplinary action as needed and in accordance with FH Human Resources policies and procedures and in conjunction with assigned HR Business Partner. Supports a culture of collaboration among all disciplines. Participates in the oversight of related contracted vendors. Monitors PACE, ADHC and state discipline specific regulations to identify, communicate and when appropriate, implement needed changes. Assures compliance with all local, state and federal regulations governing Fallon Health Weinberg PACE. Plays a supporting role in the PACE initiative to identify new standards of practice in community based long term care. Reviews/updates all clinical policies and procedures in accordance with State and CMS regulations and Fallon Health standards.
