In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of residential developments, contributing to projects from concept to completion. What you'll do: Originate and review civil design documents, including design criteria, engineering studies and calculations, construction drawings, and specifications. Champion quality assurance by ensuring all designs meet relevant codes and industry standards. Identify and secure necessary permits for projects. Collaborate with other engineers and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
