This person will contribute to the companys success by supporting all aspects of the mechanical assembly process, assembly lines, and equipment for the Jefferson Road Operations Center. It is essential that this role works effectively in a team environment as well as possess the ability to be self-sufficient when responding to operational support requests or performing proactive duties. This role will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and is responsible for successfully developing and maintaining production processes while driving improvements in these processes and providing structured problem solving for production issues. Essential Functions: Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions. Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to identify and implement process improvements and projects to reduce costs, minimize waste and increase efficiency.
