The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) plays a crucial role within the Corporate Finance Group to support managements strategic decision-making by guiding the Insurance Segments financial planning process. The Director role is responsible for the coordination, aggregation and accuracy of annual planning and reforecasting for the Insurance Segment, including direct preparation for the North American division. The ideal candidate brings proven management experience across both personnel and financial planning functions, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong analytical, technical, problem-solving and people skills. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adhere to strict deadlines, drive process improvements, and build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization.
