REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE:A four-year degree in Industrial Engineering. Minimum 5 years of progressively more-complex process, packaging, process change background, preferably in the area of high-volume automotive assembly and sequencing. Candidates with logistics/warehousing background considered and familiar with Lean manufacturing concepts. Experience with SAP and/or ERP systems. Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Create, read, understand and modify electrical prints and specifications. Working knowledge of resistance spot and GMAW. Experience with PHSR and Industrial Safety Standards. Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and with a variable workload. Strong organizational, planning, written, and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate a maturity of judgement, leadership skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational, listening, communication and presentation skills in all aspects of the job function.
