FACILITY MANAGEMENT - Schedule preventative maintenance and required inspections for building. - Develop and utilize purchase order system to ensure items purchased are needed and within the operating budget. - Ensure maintenance of equipment and make minor repair as needed. - Assist in the coordination of volunteers with regard to property projects. - Notify supervisor of need for contracted service maintenance, seek pricing on contracted services, as appropriate and requested by supervisor and monitor contracted services, i.e. trash removal, snow removal, etc. - Supervise, evaluate and maintain documentation as necessary for staff. - Be responsible for the supervision and completion of all janitorial and maintenance projects. - Maintain a copy of the maintenance records of agency vehicles.
