Our Sous Chef @ Heritage Greens assist in preparing all food to the highest standards with thoughtfully designed menus often for multiple dining venues. Ensures excellent sanitation and cleanliness at all times. Schedule: Full Time Mostly 1st shift, including every other weekend. Pay Rate $23.00/ hr. Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays. Assists with creation and preparation of high-quality meals utilizing fresh quality ingredients andscratch made recipes consistent with local custom and tastes. Assists in maintaining inventory control of quantity and condition of all kitchen small wares,equipment and supplies. Assist in organizing the kitchen and schedule.
