Ensure specimens meet quality standards and report discrepancies or issues. Maintain proper storage and handling of specimens to prevent contamination or degradation. Work closely with laboratory technicians, phlebotomists, and medical staff to ensure efficient workflow. Follow all safety and infection control procedures while handling biohazardous materials.
