Canyon Ranch is looking for a Programming Specilaist at our Lenox, MA location. Under the direction of the Lenox Marketing & Communication Director, you will be responsible for the development, facilitation, and evaluation of year round guest-related programming for the Lenox property. You will be the primary contact for guest speakers, evening lecturers, and evening entertainers. You will coordinate the schedule, prepare contracts, arrange payments, create promotional items, manage listings in Daily Schedule, and conduct debriefs. In addition, you will act as a liaison with Corporate Marketing Services to ensure timely completion of projects, as well as assisting with the implementation of and adherence to brand-wide initiatives. Qualifications Experience: Associate degree or two-year equivalent specializsed training or experience.
