Information Technology Operations Analyst. Operating Company: Environmental Solutions Group (ESG) Heil Environmental. Location: Vernon, AL - Reports to: Senior Manager, Business Systems. Department: Information Technology (IT)POSITION SUMMARY:The Information Technology Operations Analyst will be responsible for the manufacturing operations daily information technology execution and information technology reporting compliance. The position will partner with Business Applications Manager, Terex Central lead teams, and 3rd Party vendors to support the systems/tools/applications stakeholders require to operate their functional area and meet all information system audit requirements. Some travel to meet with stakeholders and observe processes may be required. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:Support end user processes, and ticketing for Information Technology support across ESG.
