Greets and checks in patients Verifies patient demographics and insurance information Collects outstanding balances, co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurances Checks patients out and schedules future appointments Performs general clerical duties Meets the communication needs of the patient/ family, practice providers, and practice staff Participate in performance improvement activities Greets patients in a professional and courteous manner Directs patients to appropriate areas 'Check-in' all patients, gives patients medical forms to complete and update if needed Collecting payments, printing receipts, and posting payments Scanning and filing patients information if needed Reconciles cash drawer daily and send deposits to Department manager Retrieves and sorts of mail into appropriate boxes Sorts and documents any returned mail Maintains a good working relationship with practice staff members Performs all other duties assigned Meets dress code standards: appearance is neat and clean Compl...Care Coordinator, Patient Care, Associate, Patient, Coordinator, Health, Healthcare
