Reports To: General Manager. General Purpose:Responsible for maximizing property revenues while maintaining excellent customer service for both internal and external customers. Efforts will include but not be limited to, hiring, training and management of sales team, analysis and reporting of sales metrics, management of advertising, outreach, and public relations efforts for all market segments in addition to direct sales activities. Specific Responsibilities:Directly responsible for the achievement of hotel revenues including Rooms and Banquet & Catering Departments. Maintain an ongoing awareness of future room night bookings, including group & catering pace and develop/execute a hands-on game plan to increase topline opportunities. Develop and execute corporate negotiated transient account strategies including building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring production of signed accounts.
