The Corporate Food Safety Program Director provides strategic leadership, direction and guidance regarding ADM corporate food safety programs. Responsible for leading a diverse group of quality SME professionals the director operates within the Quality and Food Safety Technology Center, is a core member of ADMs Quality Leadership Team, establishing global standards in their respective field. The Corporate Food Safety Program Director will be responsible for establishing, developing and providing strategic leadership and oversight to the corporate food safety programs (Foreign material, pest control, EMP, GMP, PRP, FSP/ HACCP etc.). You will work with different business unit to define and implement ADM food safety standards and ensure alignment and compliance. Job Responsibilities Develop, establish and direct the corporate food safety programs. Monitor and ensure Food Safety compliance to all regulatory requirements and industry certifications.
