: The Digital Sales Director will develop and execute sales strategies to drive profitable growth and increase market share of the Digital product offering through the Trane field sales and service organization. Reporting to the Vice President of North America Commercial Sales and Service, this role provides direct leadership to a team of high performing Business Development Managers and influences the broader selling channel. The Digital Sales Director partners and collaborates with the PGT (product growth team) and key business leaders to drive offering development and commercialization, and is responsible for the overall P&L related to the offering. The successful candidate will possess strong business and executive level leadership acumen, a background in strategy development and execution in complex B 2 B environments, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
