Outreach & Recruitment - Promote and market new and existing programs and concepts on a county, state and federal level, and as pertains to potential new funding streams. - Develop and maintain relationships with funders, potential funders, referral sources, and other key stakeholders - Work with Program Directors in promoting their programs and ensure they have the tools they need to engage with prospective clients - Work with Program Directors in setting and achieving enrollment targets for programs - Attend various City, State and County meetings to ascertain community needs - Engage referral community and make presentations covering existing and new programs and concepts, as required and for marketing purposes Intake & Enrollment - Works with Program Directors to fully understand intake needs of programs and develop criteria for new referrals - Assures that all necessary information is collected and coordinated for intake - Review all referral packets and send timely replies to ref...Director, Support, Program Director, Technology, Service
