Our client is a 50+ year old receivables management company that is currently growing. They are seeking an experienced, goal-driven, and bright Director of Operations in the Dallas area. The Director will oversee collections and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall leadership of the group
- Drive results by ensuring that goals, objectives and standards are achieved for delinquency, charge-off and total collection goals.
- Monitor dashboard KPI's
- Provides guidance to management staff to ensure the appropriate handling of customer complaints, as well as regulatory complaints to achieve satisfactory resolution.
- Establishes and communicates performance standards and objectives.
- Ensures the team maximizes revenue generation through specific collection activities and techniques.
- Makes recommendations to drive change with a focus on exceeding operational goals and customer expectations.
- Hiring and training employees
Experience/Requirements:
- Must have experience working for a 3rd party collection agency or BPO
- Must have 5+ years of experience with 1st or 3rd party collections
- 5+ years of director level experience
- Proven experience leading a collections team to success
- Ability to develop and implement process improvements
- Ability to prioritize work and lead a team successfully producing results
- Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills
