We're currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to support a school district in Blair County, PA for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time position providing district-wide behavioral support across K–12, running from August 2025 through June 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to work collaboratively with school teams, families, and students, delivering impactful behavioral support and driving positive student outcomes across all grade levels. Position Details: Location: Blair County, PA Start Date: August 2025 End Date: June 2026 Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full-Time) Grade Levels: K–12 (District-Wide Support) Responsibilities: * Provide behavioral consultation and support for students across all grade levels. * Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). * Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families to support individualized student needs. * Train and coach staff on behavior strategies, interventions, and data collection. * Monitor and adjust behavior plans based on ongoing progress and data. * Participate in team meetings and maintain thorough documentation. Qualifications: * Valid state license issued by the PA Department of State. * Master's degree in psychology, education, social work, counseling, or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year conducting FBAs and implementing behavior therapy. * Must hold BCBA certification or be a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) in Pennsylvania.
