The Service Desk Associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:Greets customers cheerfully and answers customer questions to best of ability. Contacts management or department associates whenever necessary to provide resolution. May open or close Service Desk depending on shift. Answers incoming calls and makes pages over intercom. Completes lottery, bill pay and Western Union transactions while adhering to company and legal regulations. Follows company and legal guidelines for tobacco sales. Performs refunds or exchanges while following company policy to ensure a quality customer service experience. Communicates pricing, quality, and other concerns to appropriate managers/associates. Responsible to keep desk area clean and organized. Completes necessary logs for store compliance policies.
