This position is an opportunity for a talented contracts professional and experienced people manager to serve in an impactful role in the medical device industry supporting ZOLL's Acute Care Technology division. The Senior Director of Global Sales Contracts Administration will lead a team of contracts professionals responsible for negotiating and administering revenue generating commercial contracts at ZOLL. This role collaborates with our Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments to ensure that sales contracts, proposals, negotiation processes, and contract administration follow company policies and procedures and adhere to legal requirements. This role directs the development of global policies and processes that govern the contracts administration staff and provides guidance on contract terms and the assessment of contract proposals.
