We are hiring for a Medical Social Worker. This is a Full Time position doing Home Visits for Hospice. Bachelor's degree required in social work, sociology, or psychology from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and at least two years experience in case work or counseling in a health care setting required. Master's degree preferred. Experience in hospice care preferred.
