Will Include: Sorting ears of corn on a moving conveyor beltremoving waste and returning cobs for re-husking as needed Identifying off-types: mold, insects, immature ears, crop debris, etc. Keeping your station and work area clean throughout the shift Working safely and following all PPE and safety procedures Reporting any equipment issues, safety concerns, or near-miss incidents Collaborating with team leaders and supervisors as needed Participating in safety investigations if required Location: On-site at Corteva Agriscience Pay Rate: $17.00/hour Schedule: 42 hours/week 312-hour days 16-hour day Shifts: Front Half Team: SundayTuesday (6:00 AM6:30 PM) & Wednesday (6:00 AM12:00 PM) Back Half Team: Wednesday (12:00 PM6:00 PM) & ThursdaySaturday (6:00 AM6:30 PM) What Youll Wear (and Well Provide): Long pants Shirt with sleeves (no loose clothing) Closed-toe, closed-heel shoes Safety glasses (provided) General purpose gloves (provided) Important Notes: This is an on-site, sea...Production Worker, Production, Worker, Manufacturing, Staffing
