Global Reporting & Analytics, Strategic Sourcing Analyst

The Analyst - Global Reporting & Analytics, Strategic Sourcing will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and distribution of key performance reports and dashboards within the Sourcing function while also contributing to strategic projects within the Industrial department. This role is focused on data-driven insights to monitor and analyze supplier performance, cost trends, and sourcing KPIs. Additionally, this individual will support the preparation of reports and presentations on sourcing activities, enabling data-driven decisions by providing clear visibility into spend patterns, supplier insights, and improvement areas. The Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across Sourcing, Finance, and senior management teams to provide timely, accurate, and actionable reporting to inform business decisions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Generate and distribute monthly KPI reports to stakeholders across the organization, including supplier cost uploads, Purchase Price Variances, Cost Savings and overall sourcing efficiency.
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive reports and dashboards using PowerBI to track and visualize sourcing performance metrics, including PPV, supplier performance, and cost-related KPIs.
  • Regularly engage with internal stakeholders, including sourcing teams, finance, category management, and senior management, to ensure alignment on reporting requirements and expectations.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, translating complex data into understandable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Analyze supplier performance trends and report on potential impacts to cost structures, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
  • Work with sourcing teams to ensure the tracking of relevant supplier metrics is consistent and aligns with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Sourcing

  • Supports Product Development activities, in the perspective of supplier costs data management, allowing the team to perform cost comparison analysis during this process.
  • Develops and maintains important reports accurate and readily available to the Strategic Sourcing team to utilize, including but not limited to Supplier Scorecards, Cost Savings, Cost Upload Monitoring and Supplier Capability Matrix.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data reporting, including the automation of routine reports and manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with IT and data management teams to streamline data collection processes, improve system integrations, and enhance reporting functionality.
  • Must be creative in proposing and implementing changes to improve data quality, reporting speed, and the overall effectiveness of the sourcing function, bringing new processes/tools where necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with PowerBI and/or other advanced data analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of sourcing principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Develop and sustain stakeholder trust and collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and end to end mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree.
  • Luxury industry experience is a plus.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $77,010.00-$90,600.00. The rate of pay offered will be depending upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
