As the Associate Director of Enablement Interoperability, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for building and scaling the tools, training, and resources that empower internal teams and market partners to successfully recruit, implement, and optimize our interoperability solutions. This role is essential in preparing frontline teams to position interoperable solutionsincluding medical record retrieval, point of care alerts, and electronic authorizationsthrough integrations with leading EMRs (Epic, eCW, athenahealth, Veradigm), HIEs, FHIR APIs, and more. You will also serve as the primary liaison for Salesforce CRM training across the organization, while collaborating closely with Creative and Marketing teams to drive outreach effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings strategic leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a passion for simplifying complex healthcare processes into clear, actionable content and tools. Thrives at working with a start up mentality and can maintain clarity of leadership amid an ever-changing environment.
