Position: Occupational Therapist Location: Salinas, CA Shift: Days Setting: Skilled Nursign & Rehab Job Type: Contract Contract Duration: 13 weeks with possibility of extension Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist! Daily Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for rehabilitation and recovery Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, self-care, and daily living skills Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams for holistic care Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Support patients and families with education for continued success after discharge Required Skills/Licenses/Certifications: Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited institution Active California OT License (Required) BLS Certification (Required) Experience in inpatient rehab or acute care settings Strong skills in treatment planning, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration Nice to Have Skills: Outpatient rehab or orthopedic experience Familiarity with adaptive equipment and assistive technology Knowledge of neurological and orthopedic rehab programs Salary and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary (including travel pay options) along with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) options Paid Sick Leave & Holiday Pay License & Certification Reimbursements Relocation Assistance or Commuter Support About Lancesoft Inc: Lancesoft Inc is a trusted leader in healthcare staffing services across the United States.
